Alan is a visionary leader, gifted communicator, and a prophetic voice who seeks to bring together biblical principles and supernatural power in a way that supplies the destiny of ordinary people. His passion involves raising up trusted rulers who are kingdom carriers that change the culture.
He and Kathryn currently co-pastor Vineyard Anaheim, seeing the church step into the story of God, for the sake of the city.

Committed to engaging and impacting those outside the church walls just as much as he is to those within, Jay and his team have worked to build MHV into a vibrant community that engages and impacts the city at every turn. In addition, Jay co-wrote the book The Art of Neighboring with Dave Runyon. In their unique book, they dare to challenge us to wonder what would happen if every follower of Jesus took the Great Commandment literally, by loving our actual neighbors.
Jay has a BA in Philosophy from The Ohio State University and is a graduate of the Vineyard Leadership Institute. Prior to planting our church in 2001, he served as a leader in the Columbus Vineyard’s young-adult ministry, Joshua House, and as an intern to the senior pastor, Rich Nathan, in Columbus, Ohio. He and his wife, Danielle, were married in 1998 and have two daughters, Jasmine and Sofia.

One of Michael's life-long passions is helping people discover, embrace and express all that God has created them to be: "Each of us are created as God's own personal work of art, and I love helping others learn to live out the beauty of the presence of God in every aspect of our lives."
Michael and Brenda are the parents of three amazing adult children and their incredible spouses. Michael's hobbies are many and widely varied: motorcycle riding, mechanics, watercolor painting, leather working, listening to very fine LP records, playing drums, cooking with cast iron, reading and long walks on the beach.
