Derwin Gray
Lead Pastor, Transformation Church
Dr. Derwin L. Gray is the co-founder and lead pastor of Transformation Church, a multiethnic, multigenerational, mission-shaped church in the Charlotte, NC area.
Dr. Gray has been married since 1992 and has two adult children. He was an All-American Safety at Brigham Young University. He then went on to play 5 years with the Indianapolis Colts and 1 year with the Carolina Panthers.
In 2015, Derwin was awarded an honorary doctorate from Southern Evangelical Seminary. In 2018, he received his Doctor of Ministry in the New Testament in Context at Northern Seminary.
He is the author of several books, including the national bestseller, The Good Life: What Jesus Teaches About Finding True Happiness.

Ricky Jenkins is the Senior Pastor of Southwest Church in Indian Wells, CA. Southwest is a thriving community of believers compelled by its vision to be a gospel-centered, multiethnic, intergenerational church that LOVES discipleship!
From his beginnings in Pearl, Mississippi, all the way to Oakland, California, to Memphis, Tennessee, and Chicago, Illinois, Ricky has been preaching the gospel for over 20 years. Fueled by Acts 20:28, Ricky is called to pursue God passionately and pursue God’s people compassionately for the glory and honor of Jesus Christ. With a shepherd’s heart, Ricky’s preaching weaves together biblical exposition, vivid illustration, heartfelt application, and an extra helping of humor with which to convey the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ.
Ricky is married to the light of his heart April Jenkins. Together they have three beautiful children—Camden, Grand, and Andi. Ricky is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry with a focus on reimagining spiritual formation. Ricky is currently writing his first book titled ‘What They Taught Us: Enduring Wisdom for Changing Times’. The Jenkins’ have been serving in the Coachella Valley since January of 2018. They enjoy opening their home to create safe spaces where the gospel can flourish and memories can be made.

Melanie Forsythe
Lead Pastor, LIFE Vineyard Church
Melanie Forsythe is the Lead Pastor of LIFE vineyard church, a vibrant faith community in the heart of Columbus, Ohio. She came to faith in the post Christian landscape of Australia. There, Melanie was a youth pastor for many years before moving to America alongside her now late husband and co-founder of LIFE vineyard. In spite of the unexpected loss of her husband in late 2018, Melanie is unapologetically in love with the Gospel, and full of hope and vision for the future of the local church. Alan lives in Orange County California, where he enjoys dating his wife Kathryn, raising his two girls, being with friends, and thinking and dreaming of ways to lead the church beyond the building.

Alan is a visionary leader, gifted communicator, and a prophetic voice who seeks to bring together biblical principles and supernatural power in a way that supplies the destiny of ordinary people. His passion involves raising up trusted rulers who are kingdom carriers that change the culture.

Lead Pastor, Mile High Vineyard
Jay Pathak is the Lead Pastor of the Mile High Vineyard where he strategically guides the mission and vision of the church as a whole, is the main teaching pastor, and provides oversight to each of their neighborhood churches. He has spoken nationally and internationally for Vineyard and other groups in both conference and classroom settings. In addition, he is a member of Vineyard USA’s Executive Team.

National Coordinator, Multiply Vineyard
Michael Gatlin co-pastors the Vineyard church of Duluth, with his wonderful wife Brenda. The Duluth Vineyard is an amazingly creative and diverse community of disciples who are learning to live out the reality of the presence and power of Christ in northern Minnesota. Michael is also the national coordinator for Multiply Vineyard: a team of men and women located throughout America that encourages, trains, and empowers local churches; as they multiply disciples, leaders and churches. Michael serves on the Executive Team for Vineyard USA, helping to provide oversight to the Vineyard movement in America.
One of Michael's life-long passions is helping people discover, embrace and express all that God has created them to be: "Each of us are created as God's own personal work of art, and I love helping others learn to live out the beauty of the presence of God in every aspect of our lives."

Keri is the founder of New Ground Network, and Lead Coach on client engagements. She serves at Community Christian Church as Pastor of the Naperville location. As a coach, Keri serves pastors and church leaders by facilitating processes that catalyze them towards seizing their unique vision and develop their team’s capacity. Her coaching has been shaped as a former marketplace executive, pastor and senior leader at Willow Creek Community Church, with more than a decade of coaching Pastors and non-profit leaders. The thrill of launching more than 90 missional communities and having a front-row seat to the missional engagement of 100s of churches is exhilarating to her. She is an associate on the Exponential team where she teaches at conferences and contributes to their leadership resources. Her newest project is launching a podcast that facilitates conversations exploring the tension of following Jesus and the invitation for the Church to pace culture. Chris Meekins
Lead Pastor, Pacific City Church
Chris is the lead pastor of Pacific City Church—a new Vineyard church in Los Angeles. He holds a BA in Political Science and Religion from Ashland University, a Master of Divinity from Ashland Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. His final thesis project explored a strategy for launching new churches in large US cities. Currently, Chris resides in Santa Monica, CA with his wife Nicole and their daughter, Maren.
